How can I be sure of the quality and authenticity of thejewelry I receive?
All our solitaires over 0.30ct are certified by IGI or GIA, the world's leading diamond grading labs. You'll receive a certificate with your jewelry, confirming your diamond's authenticity. Each certificate has a unique 10-digit number inscribed on the diamond's girdle. Additionally, all our jewelry is made with Hallmarked 18K solid gold. This ensures you know exactly what you’re buying.
If I have a budget, would you work around that?
If you're working to a budget, we're more than happy to find something that fits into it. We can also advise you what will be the best diamond for your money.
Can I order by Phone?
Sure. You can browse through our designs on the website and order your selected design by phone. Our diamond expert would help you place the order. Alternatively, if you have a design in mind just send us the image and we will get back to you with quotation.
Why is there a difference between the amount I paid onthe website and the final invoice amount?
Sometimes there might be marginal variation in the weight of gold which we determine once we have the CAD (Computer-Aided Design) of your jewelry. However, this will be communicated well in advance before your jewellery put into the production. So after final invoice is raised, you might need to pay marginal difference amount or in case of refund it will be initiated immediately.
How do I know that it Is safe placing an order online?
