After order is confirmed, our dedicated team of gemologists personally source the finest diamonds directly from manufacturers and sight holders, eliminating intermediary costs to provide you with exceptional value.

Hence, we do not accept returns. We have opted not to accept returns, as we believe in full transparency, passing benefits and building trust with our customers. Unlike others who offer a 15- or 30-day return policy with numerous conditions attached to it, we prefer to clearly communicate our reasons for this decision.
At Adoreva, once your order is confirmed and payment is received due to unforeseen circumstances if you still wish to cancel your order, you can cancel it as long as our gemologist has not source diamonds for you and your jewellery has not entered the production stage. If you cancel your order before sourcing diamonds and production begins, we will initiate a refund immediately, which will be processed within maximum 1-2 working days. No need to worry.
